Private Lessons

$40 per 1/2 Session- $65 per full Session  ($10 tack-up fee if desired)

Private lesson sessions are not based on an allotted time slot, but, rather on accomplishing a desired result from horse and rider.  A minimum of 30 min. under saddle is guaranteed, though. Riders required to arrive 15 mins. before lesson, to groom & tack.  Heeled boot, britches, 1/2 chaps strongly recommended.   All lessons must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged for the lesson, inclement weather is the only exception. Please pay for the lessons prior to scheduled time.

Semi-Private Lessons

$30 per 45 min/ $55 per 1 hr. & 15 min.

Basic Board- $575 per Mon. (includes)

Miscellaneous & Extra Charges

Not included in board: Fly spray , Show Sheen, Vita hoof, Betadine Scrub, alchol, DMSO, medication cream, turn- out boots and rugs. Gamma Oil, Dengi, Tendonil, Strongid C, Nutrient Buffer. medication, paste wormings, horse/pony blanket cleaning and repair.

Includes: Limited laundry, (no sheets and blankets) tack cleaning soap, oils, and everyday polos and nylon halters, Corn oil, mineral salt.

Any time consuming care items, i.e. cold hosing, soaking, lengthy vet visits, holding for blacksmith or ultrasound therapy, will be billed at a rate of $20.00 per hour (minumum $20.00)

Customers are expected to pay monthly bills in full by the fifth of every month.

Once a Board type is selected by the customer any charges must be made in writing at least one month prior to the Next Billing Cycle.

PLEASE NOTE: 30 days notice is required to remove a horse from Pine View Farm . Failure to provide  30 days notice will result in an additional month's board fee.

Show Fees

Schooling Fee: (per day) "A" shows $75

                           (per day) "B" shows $50

Day Care

Multiple Day Shows (per day)  $50

Groom fee (one day show)     $35

Supervision Fee  

(per day /per horse) $25

Entries

Multiple day shows- paid for by owner at shows

One day shows- paid for by owner at shows

There will be a one time fee of $45.00 for the year per horse at Pine View Farm to prepare entries . Owners may do their own entries , the completed entry blank for each show must be in the Pine View Farm mail box at least 2 days prior to horse show, or mailed directly to the Horse Show Office and a copy given to Pine View.

Transportation

Based on size of load and mileage to show

Clipping and Trimming

Show Body Clipping $100

Show Trimming $20 (35- if restraint necessary)

Maintenance Clipping - non show season $15

Motel , Food, and Travel Expenses

Trainers and grooms expenses to be divided up among customers attending shows.

Tack Stall/ Grooming Stall

To be divided up among customers/ number of horses attending show

Sale Fees

The sale of a horse is a big decision. We take pride in matching the rider/owner with the right horse. These things take time, and the experience and the success we have had in the past affords us the ability and knowledge to provide this service.  For This we charge a commission fee of 10%
